Special Mother’s day event: “Discover Your Essential Self” at THE VIEW Lugano with Kat Walser.

Join us as we incorporate the magic of essential oils with a balancing breath-focused yoga practice designed to calm and center the body and mind.

Following the yoga practice, a short presentation by essential oils expert, Tammy Lee Glasrud of doTerra, will explain some of the many health benefits of essential oils.

PROGRAM

May 12th from 18:00 to 21:00

Yoga Session with Essential Oils incorporated Presentation on the benefits of Essential Oils Aperitivo and complimentary access to the Spa during the event

Includes Yoga, Essential Oil Workshop, free samples of essential oils used in the class, use of world-class spa facilities and exciting healthy snacks and refreshments.
